Villa Almendros - Moraira
The villa of 136 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2 is
situated along the coast between Calpe and Moraira in a green valley and
protected against the northern winds by the mountains in a sunny
environment.
The private pool has a big terrace and surrounding garden. There is a
big build in BBQ on the covered terrace which makes this villa special.
The surrounding is quiet and green.
It is 5 minutes by car to the sea. There are several bays and small
beaches along the coast (at approx. 1 km direct access). There are various
national and international restaurants, bars and a big supermarket at a
distance of 5 minutes by car. |
