This small but enjoyable bungalow style villa is located in the
urbanization San Jaime at about 1 km from the Pepe La Sal supermarket and
commercial center Cap Blanc & Moravit with bars, restaurants, doctor,
bank, hairdresser, etc.
In the urbanization itself you will find a 9-hole golf course and
tennis courts. The bay of Baladrar and the sea are at about 1.5 km from
the villa. The town of Moraira and its main beach is about 2.5 km. The
villa is all on one level with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open kitchen, small
living room, large terrace around the pool (5x10) and BBQ area.
There
is a garage plus an extra parking space for cars at the villa, Sat TV with
German programs and a washing machine.
