Villa Barranquet - Parcent

This villa is a very nice and comfortable villa with a great garden, private pool and views towards the Colderates mountain. It is situated at the border of the village of Parcent in the valley of Jalon, which is famous for its Mistella wine. Quiet, green and a perfect holiday destination at half an hour distance (without traffic jams) from the beaches of Calpe, Moraira and Denia.

It is very well furnished: a living with Eng. Satellite TV, a separate kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 2 Double bedrooms, one with bathroom en-suite and a shower room. South facing terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool (5x10 m), and surrounding large terrace. There is an outdoor BBQ area with gazebo and garden.

At 10 min. walk from the village. In the valley are various bars and restaurants, every Saturday is a 2^nd hand market in Jalón. There are bodegas where you can buy your wine. The beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Javea are at a distance of 30 minutes drive from the villa where you can enjoy a day at the beach, have a drink on the boulevard or enjoy a meal in one of the many local or international restaurants. There is a supermarket in Jalón at 6 km distance.
