Villa Colmenar - Llosa de Camacho
This is a
beautiful completely renovated 'finca style' villa situated in the small
town of Llosa de Camacho between the towns of Predreguer and Alcalalí in
the Jalón Valley. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished

terraces around the property with sitting areas, private pool and outside
bar. This villa is surrounded by trees and mountains and is perfect for
families that love to walk and have a quiet holiday on the Costa
Blanca.
The 2 nearest towns to Llosa de Camacho are Alcalalí
and Pedreguer. Llosa de Camacho is a small town with about 700 inhabitants
and still gives you the feeling of being in rural Spain. There is a small
supermarket in town which sells the basics, there is a baker that comes by
the villa every morning with fresh bread and a small bar can be found in
the town as well. |

The larger supermarkets are found in Pedreguer or in Denia. Nearest
beaches are Denia at about 15 km and Javea at about 20 km. In both these
towns you will also find lots of restaurants with both national and
international food, bars and shops.
